The Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts Management advances students essential skills of classical and international cuisine preparation, garde manager, butchery, patisserie and bakery, to develop the student’s professionalism in producing world class cuisine. Students will advance their skills in culinary arts, food and beverage operations and supervision, menu creation, health and nutrition, baking, pastry, kitchen layout and design, food preparation such as cooking and plating whole dishes and pastries to perfection.
