Step Into The World Of Hospitality

Through the Vision–La Xenia International Collaboration Programme, students experience the best of both worlds: a Diploma from Vision University College and a Bachelor’s Degree from La Xenia International Institute of Switzerland — all while living, studying, and working in Malaysia. This unique work-based learning model allows students to gain international qualifications without leaving the country, combining academic excellence with hands-on professional training.

This programme offers students more than just an education, they begin building their careers from day one. Starting from the third month of your Diploma programme, you’ll enter a guaranteed paid internship within the hospitality industry. This unique “Learn and Earn” structure allows you to gain real-world experience and a steady income while completing your studies, giving you a strong advantage even before graduation.

In just 30 months, you’ll graduate with a Diploma, a Swiss Degree, and valuable hands-on experience — credentials that open doors around the world. Vision’s international partnerships and practical learning approach ensure you are fully prepared to step into the global hospitality scene with confidence.
