Tuition Fee

The tuition fee includes: Access to onsite and online classroom, practical room, qualified faculties, access to Moodle – La Xenia’s virtual learning environment, extensive academic guidance, guaranteed internship opportunities, personalised career coaching and on-campus recruitment, industry presentations and examiner fees. For details of special fees for Swiss/EU nationals and information on merit scholarships and other related information, please refer to the page on Scholarship and Special Offers. For details, please contact us on admissions@laxenia.ch and one of our Admissions Officers will be in touch for a free personal consultation.

There is no tuition fee payable to La Xenia during the internship semesters.

Application Fee

This fee is for processing your application and supporting documents. Application fee is non-refundable.

Accommodation Fee

Payment Plans

La Xenia can provide students (new and returning) with a payment plan to help extend the payment of their educational fees. Please note, this service will be subject to an interest rate applied on a per semester basis as well as this service is not available for all students. We will consider it case-by-case. Payments plans are not available for all students, and depending on visa you may be required to pay the full tuition to qualify for a student visa.

La Xenia Refunds and Cancellations Timeline

  • 100% refund of all fees and the deposit, if 3 months or more notice is given by signed form to La Xenia before the programme starts, (or if a student’s visa is refused).
  • 50% refund of all fees and the deposit, if between 2 and 3 months notice is given by signed form to La Xenia before the programme starts.
  • 10% refund of all fees and the deposit, if between 1 and 2 months notice is given by signed form to La Xenia before the programme starts.
  • 0% refund of all fees and the deposit received after the programme starts.

Note:

  • Application Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Any refund due will be paid to the person or organization who originally paid the fees and will be made within 45 calendar days of written confirmation (not counting public holidays).
  • No refund is given if the student or students agent is found to have submitted fraudulent documents in order to obtain an admission letter or student visa.
  • In the case of serious illness, it’s allowed to defer until the healing of the illness. No refund of the paid deposit is given in this case.
